HOW CAN I KNOW WHO IS STAYING IN MY APARTMENT?

We operate on numerous platforms that offer us control over the people who want to make a reservation.

Through these systems we can create different filters with which we can select the people who offer the maximum guarantees. We promote family and quality tourism.

In each apartment a series of measures and general rules are installed which we deliver to guests before and during their stay. We make a reservation contract accompanied by a deposit, and later we request the documentation of all the guests to enter them in the obligatory registry of Hospederías of the Police dependencies. We take our work very seriously.

WHAT KIND OF LICENSE DO I NEED TO LEGALLY RENT MY APARTMENT?

We take care of free for all our clients, all the procedures in the town hall of the town, as well as in the tourist housing registration offices of the Valencian Community. Currently, it is mandatory by law to register all accommodations and properties for tourist use. Failure to comply with this obligation can lead to penalties and fines for homeowners.
